A lot Easier to support around just your tendon without too much extra around your whole knee

This is a good knee brace for patellar tendinitis aka jumpers knee- when you have pain to the bottom of your knee cap made worse by jumping and frequently associated with basketball and volleyball. The strap velcros on to itself first, and then pressure is applied to a firm bar via the last part of the strap. The bar velcros on so you can adjust where it is positioned on the strap. A lot easier to put pressure on your tendon without too much of a tourniquet effect around your whole knee. Much better support and stronger Velcro than mueller type straps. Good quality.

skinny brace with a big punch!!

I was extremely skeptical at first but the brace worked very well!! Really like the way it can be targeted specially to the area that’s impacting your mobility and not covering your entire knee. I ran my first sub 9 minute pace 5K practice run this Sunday for first time in 2 months without the usual after run effects from a sore knee and will see how it goes this Sunday when I run twice the distance at the local park.
